Nanisto Bush Lodge Minimum Terms and Conditions

Nanisto Bush Lodge is a business in the tourism and hospitality industry that provides overnight/ weekends and/ or long-term accommodation in its properties

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of email.
The provision of services by Nanisto Bush Lodge is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Nanisto Bush Lodge will refund the client in full within 7 days.
Nanisto Bush Lodge shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569 .
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
Card transactions will be acquired for Nanisto Bush Lodge via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Nanisto Bush Lodge separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Nanisto Bush Lodge takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Nanisto Bush Lodge chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

  1. No pets are allowed at the property since Marloth Park is a wild game area.
  2. Parents who visit the property with children must always look after them in order to avoid them lingering into the wild or into swimming pools under no supervision.
  3. Keys will be handed out by the live-in caretaker and same must be returned to him on the day of departure.
  4. Check-in time is between 14h00 and 21h00. You may contact Nanisto Bush Lodge should you wish to check-in later than 21h00.
  5. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment of at least 50% of the quoted amount.
  6. Balance of the quoted amount is payable at least seven (7) days before check-in date.
  7. Cancellation done within 14 days will result in forfeiture of 50% of the deposit received.
  8. Cancellation done within 7 days will result in forfeiture of 100% of the deposit received.
